His love for Legos speaks to how much he enjoys creating systems and experiences that are both thoughtful and delightful. Working with Mack during his time at Designation was a pleasure. His team was responsible for helping us create a logistics-focused framework and UX workflow on which to scale our network of white-glove retail couriers.
Mack was always focused on the client’s needs and asked thoughtful questions in meetings to ensure that he understood our ultimate objectives. He was also quick to provide insightful feedback, based on the research he conducted on our behalf. Mack was deeply committed to learning about the problems currently facing our network of couriers, and identifying solutions to improve the user experience. He even spent time shadowing our team, so that he could learn the ins and outs of the role, and what resources would be most beneficial in addressing some of their existing issues. His detailed focus and extra-mile commitment to improving this infrastructure, while also offering a streamlined and positive user experience, impacted the outcome of our project in a positive way.
